Clear quartz — rock crystal — is pure silicon dioxide. Ours is selected for full transparency with no veils, fractures or cloudiness, which is harder to source than it sounds: most rough contains internal features and gets rejected.

Every stone is natural, so yours won't look exactly like the photo. Slight differences in colour, veining and inclusions are part of it, that's how you know it came out of the ground and not a mould :)
